With our annual number of births nearing 3,000 we are dedicated, as a faith-based organization, to helping ensure that every parent&rsquo;s vision for their newborn &ndash; new life, new dreams, new hope &ndash; has the chance to be fulfilled.<br /><br />In November 2008, through the generous support and involvement of the community, Trinity Mother Frances opened the first Level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Tyler, Texas.
